Come and enjoy yoga with your new baby in a relaxed, friendly and supportive environment. These classes will set you on the road to post – natal recovery, while allowing you to spend quality time to deepen the bond with your baby. Classes include postures for you and baby, breath work and some singing.

A block of classes costs £60 for 6 weeks. All levels welcome.

You are welcome to join a class after your baby has completed the 6/8-week check.  If you have had a caesarean please let your caregiver know that you plan to attend a class.
